Product Description

I’m thrilled to be the maid of honor in my friend’s wedding, but the best man, Andrew McCormick, is a chauvinistic pig with a God complex.

And I can’t stop kissing him in closets.

(Don’t ask.)

He’s the brother of the groom and the CEO of my biggest mystery shopping account, but suddenly he’s refusing to be in the wedding. He won’t talk about it. Won’t see reason.

He’s such a man.

And he still won’t stop kissing me in random closets.

(Thank goodness.)

I’m a fixer. That’s what I do. I can fix anything if given the chance. But when the game is fixed there’s only so much I can do.

The ball’s in his court now.

Game on.

About the Author
New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author Julia Kent writes romantic comedy with an edge. From billionaires to BBWs to new adult rock stars, Julia finds a sensual, goofy joy in every contemporary romance she writes. Unlike Shannon from Shopping for a Billionaire, she did not meet her husband after dropping her phone in a men's room toilet (and he isn't a billionaire).

She lives in New England with her husband and three sons in a household where the toilet seat is never, ever, down.

5Amanda and Andrew, Finally!
By Gillek2
Shannon and Declan from Shopping For A Billionaire are getting married and this is the story of Amanda (Shannon’s best friend) and Andrew (Declan’s brother).

Amanda and Andrew have been attracted to each other for a couple of years and have even shared a few hot kisses in closets along the way however something is holding Andrew back. She assumes that he doesn’t want anyone to know that they are together which is fed by the fact that her father left when she was five. Things are further complicated by her overprotective controlling mother and the real reason that Andrew didn’t move their relationship forward earlier. Throw in a mother of the bride who needs to respect her daughter’s wishes and Shannon and Declan should have an uneventful wedding, right?

In true Julia Kent style, this will bring out the laughs, emotions and throw a twist or two in just to keep you guessing.

5A can't put down funny romance
By Dianna Krueger
I was gifted this book for an honest review and purchased it cause I love this series. I love how Julia Kent makes you really get into this series as it makes me laugh and cry and pray that things will be different for once for our happy couple. I also, like that her best friend has a thing for Declan's little brother. I hope that those two will some how quit side sliding each other and just let things happen the way Declan and Shannon did.

This book finally puts Amanda and Andrew in the spot light as they are be Best man and maid of honor in Shannon and Declan's wedding.

As expected from the author, there's lots of laugh out loud moments that include neurotic dogs, a flower-girl cat, strippers, tartan thongs, and wedding planning run amok. Through all the mayhem surrounding Shannon and Declan's wedding, Amanda and Andrew manage to build on a relationship that began with kissing in closets. Yes I said closet kissing as that is where they usually happen to be when they get to kissing each other in a closet.

We meet Amanda's mother Pam and we find out some of both her and Amanda's secrets! There is mystery Doggie dating...so so funny...we see Marie and god I could not stop laughing at her antics! Amanda and Josh do a mystery "shop" at a child birthing class with results that will have you laughing so hard that you may just pee your pants( just a little!) On a serious note we get to really know Andrew (some of his secrets are shared) we get to see why he is and does what he does. A secret it makes me like him a little bit more!

I would recommend this book and the whole series to anyone that loves a good comedy romance that will keep you on the edge of your seat and Julia Kent does it with all of her books. Can't wait to see if there will be more to this series and her other series as well.

5The best way I can describe my relationship with Julia Kent
By binky mcgee
The best way I can describe my relationship with Julia Kent, the author of this series is paradoxical.
* I eagerly await each book and get angry when it isn't even close to the publication date.
* I inhale the story then growl that it's over too soon.
*I want the next book to be out yesterday but I don't want her to rush out an inferior product.
If you've never read a book by this author then I suggest you begin now BUT don't read this one first. Believe me when I say reading this is worth the wait.
The world according to Julia Kent in Shopping for a CEO is filled with "Lucy and Ethel" hijinks. The worst calamities result from the best intentions but it is constructed with the kind of humor that has laugh-out-loud tears flowing.
Her characters are individual and not a single one fades into the background. When someone is in a scene they have something great to do or say. The situations are in some way believable in their absurdity. You literally want to be in the story so you can be one of the players, that's how engaging this author is.
Every time I write a review for her latest release I rarely go into detail about the narrative. My reviews are Julia Kent adverts.
A few of her books aren't as securely woven as others but on a scale of 1 - 10 (ten being the best) her weakest books fall between 8.5 and 9.
This book is an 11. It is probably a tie with Random Acts of Crazy as my favorite of all her books. Get and read them. Enjoy them. Then tell your friends to do the same.
